Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)
All orders are dispatched on fully tracked services via Royal mail 2nd Class “Signed For” for UK deliveries and International “Tracked & Signed”, “International Tracked” for International Deliveries.
Expected Delivery Times After Dispatch
UK – 2 to 3 Working days
Europe – 5 to 7 working Days
Worldwide – 10 to 15 working Days

In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.
If an item is out of stock, we will aim to contact you within 5 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.
The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however, please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed.
For products returned to us by courier due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or there is failure to collect the parcel after attempted delivery, we will issue a refund for the cost of products only. In these cases, unfortunately we will not pay any costs incurred for re-shipping an order. Any costs for re-shipping will have to be paid for by the customer.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement
As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we cannot pass on delivery requests, such as 'leave in front porch'. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.
We may have to e-mail or telephone you if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.
Once the order has been dispatched you'll be sent another e-mail with the dispatched information. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know as soon as possible
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations) you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund
You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after receiving your item (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order).
Please take reasonable care of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, not used or altered in any way.
• You must also include, in the same condition as it was received: All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your credit card, You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service when sending returns back to us as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
